The story of "Mitwa Phool Kamal Ke" revolves around the life of a sweet and innocent girl Bela who belongs to the orthodox, high caste Maamchand family. Her family is deep rooted in old traditions and is against the birth of girl child. Bela is a staunch devout of Lord Krishna and submerges herself in His worship to fill the void in her life. Then enters Birju - the simpleton guy who belongs to the so called lower caste of the society. Birju is a superb flute player and offers solace to our lonely Bela. The two are attracted towards each other and fall in love. The show beautifully depicts the innocent love story of the couple in spite of their caste differences.
